Action Bias Over Analysis - You execute before feeling “ready.” You send imperfect emails, schedule calls despite impostor syndrome, and request feedback on real work rather than perfecting drafts indefinitely.
Coachability Without Ego - You follow proven systems, accept feedback without defensiveness, and implement changes rather than arguing why your way is better. You approach this program as a learner, not an expert.

I can commit 10–15 hours per week from June 1 - Dec 31, 2026, to this program. I understand this level of dedication is required for program certification. *

I will commit to attending 2 in-person events in Minnesota. The anticipated events are as follows:

1) A one-day Boot Camp event the week of June 1, 2026
2) A one to two day MSAII Accelerator Collider event anticipated in December 2026
